What is a SweetNote?
A SweetNote is a handcrafted chocolate gift made personal with your choice of message, name, occasion, colors, and design. From birthdays and anniversaries to congratulations, thank-yous, love notes, and “just because” surprises, we turn your words into something delicious.

How do I personalize my SweetNote?
Simply choose your preferred options on the product page and enter the name, message, or wording you'd like on your chocolate.
Please double-check all spelling, names, dates, and numbers before submitting your order. Your SweetNote will be created using the information you provide.
Can I create my own message?
Absolutely! That's what SweetNote is all about.
Choose our Build Your Own SweetNote option to create something especially personal. Whether it's heartfelt, funny, romantic, or something only the two of you understand, we'll turn your message into chocolate.
Message length and design possibilities may vary depending on the size you select.
What sizes are available?
Our SweetNotes are available in two sizes:
Classic — Perfect for a thoughtful personal gift.
Grand — More chocolate and more room to make an impression.
Exact dimensions and/or weights are listed on each applicable product page.
What types of chocolate can I choose?
Available chocolate options are displayed on each product page and may include milk, white, and dark chocolate, depending on the design.
Some decorations and specialty designs may use additional types of chocolate or confectionery ingredients.
Will my SweetNote look exactly like the picture?
Because every SweetNote is individually handcrafted, slight variations in colors, decoration placement, lettering, and finishing details are normal.
That's part of what makes each SweetNote unique. 💕
We always aim to stay as close as possible to the design shown while creating something beautiful specifically for your order.
Can I choose the colors or design?
Many SweetNotes offer different color or design options. If customization is available, you'll see those choices on the product page.
For something completely personal, choose Build Your Own SweetNote.
How long does it take to make my order?
SweetNotes are made to order, so please allow time for us to carefully create and package your gift.
Our current processing time will be displayed during ordering or checkout. Processing times may be longer during busy periods and major holidays.
If you need your SweetNote for a specific date, please order as early as possible.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on our current order volume and the design requested.
Please contact us before placing your order if you need a SweetNote urgently. We'll let you know whether we can accommodate your date.
Do you ship SweetNotes?
Available shipping and delivery options will be shown at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
Because chocolate is temperature-sensitive, shipping availability and methods may change during periods of extreme heat or weather conditions.

What happens if my chocolate melts during delivery?
We take care when packaging SweetNotes for transportation, particularly during warmer weather. However, chocolate is naturally sensitive to heat.
We strongly recommend tracking your delivery and bringing the package indoors as soon as possible after it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged or significantly melted, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the chocolate and packaging so we can review the issue.
How should I store my SweetNote?
Keep your SweetNote in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and strong odors.
Specific storage instructions may be included with your order depending on the product.
Do SweetNotes contain allergens?
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and wheat, depending on the ingredients and decorations used.
If you or the recipient has a serious food allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can provide additional ingredient information.
Can I send a SweetNote directly to someone as a gift?
Of course! 💝
Simply enter the recipient's delivery information at checkout. You may also have the option to include a personal gift note with your order.
Please make sure the recipient will be able to retrieve the package promptly, especially during warm weather.
Will the price be included in the gift?
We don't want to ruin the surprise! Gift packages do not need to include pricing information. Your order confirmation and payment details are sent to the purchaser electronically.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible.
Because SweetNotes are made specifically for you, we can only change names, messages, colors, or other personalization before production begins.
Once we've started creating your order, changes may no longer be possible.
What if I made a spelling mistake?
Please carefully review your personalization before submitting your order.
We create your SweetNote using the wording you provide, so we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for customer-submitted spelling, date, name, or personalization errors.
If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to correct it before production begins.
Can I cancel or return a personalized SweetNote?
Because SweetNotes are personalized, made-to-order edible products, they are generally final sale once production has begun.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel it.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We want your SweetNote to arrive looking as special as it was intended to.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging if it was damaged during delivery
We'll review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Do you make SweetNotes for weddings, parties, or corporate events?
Yes! 🎉
SweetNote can be a memorable option for weddings, bridal parties, baby showers, birthdays, corporate gifting, employee appreciation, client gifts, events, and other celebrations.
For larger or custom orders, contact us with your event date, approximate quantity, and what you have in mind.
Can I request something that isn't shown on the website?
Definitely.
SweetNote is all about making gifting personal. If you have an idea that you don't see on our website, contact us and tell us what you're imagining.
